Haitians-United: A Vision for National Transformation

Haitians-United is an international initiative dedicated to rebuilding Haiti on a foundation of modern infrastructure, sustainable development, and social progress. Recognizing that Haiti currently suffers from a lack of reliable infrastructure poorly built roads and housing, absence of drainage systems, fragile bridges, minimal electricity, and limited communication systems, Haitians-United is committed to designing and implementing a comprehensive master plan to transform the nation into a resilient, modern, and interconnected country.

1. Modern Transportation Infrastructure

  • Highways & Roads: Redesigning national highways and roadways with proper drainage systems, safety standards, and durable construction.

  • Urban Viaducts & Bridges: Rebuilding critical intersections, such as the Upper Delmas–Port-au-Prince viaduct, at a world-class architectural level to reduce congestion and improve mobility, similar to developed nations’ urban highway systems.

  • Sea Connections: Creating inter-city sea bridges and a rapid boat transportation network to connect Haiti’s departments, strengthen trade, and open coastal cities.

  • Airports: Developing 10 international airports (one in each department) to boost global connectivity, tourism, and commerce.

Bus & Transit Systems: Establishing a modern road-bus public transportation network across the country to ensure safe, reliable, and affordable travel.

2. Energy & Utilities

  • Electricity: Building a national energy system with emphasis on renewable power. Solar farms, wind systems, and localized grids will be deployed while developing a long-term national power grid.

  • Smart Intersections: Installing traffic lights powered by solar energy to regulate traffic and improve safety.

Drinking Water Systems: Constructing proper water circulation, filtration, and drainage systems to ensure clean water access nationwide.

3. Urban & Rural Development

  • Housing: Introducing standardized, earthquake- and hurricane-resistant housing designs guided by architects and engineers, ensuring safety for all families.

  • Rest Areas & Tourism: Developing highway rest areas, gas stations, restaurants, and hotels along main routes to attract investment, tourism, and economic growth.

  • Waste & Sewer Systems: Establishing a national waste management program, including recycling, sewer systems, and proper drainage, to protect health and the environment.

Environmental Protection: Large-scale tree planting programs to reforest the nation and strengthen climate resilience.

4. Healthcare & Emergency Services

  • Hospitals & Clinics: Building modern hospitals and regional health centers in each department, equipped with sustainable infrastructure and medical technology.

  • Emergency Response: Creating a national emergency system with ambulances, fire trucks, and properly equipped to protect citizens.

5. Education & Technology

  • Schools & Universities: Building national schools, technical institutes, and universities with modern infrastructure to prepare the next generation of Haitian professionals.

  • Digital Infrastructure: Expanding high-speed Internet nationwide to connect Haiti globally, enabling digital education, e-governance, and modern communication.

Mapping & GPS Systems: Integrating all infrastructure into Google Maps, GPS, and international navigation platforms, placing Haiti on the global grid.
